We actually talked about it last night. Apparently she thought I wasn’t attracted to her anymore. Meanwhile I was getting into bed facing the other way because I was embarrassed about how I smelled. All that and neither of us said anything. Evo seems to be helping, but honestly having the conversation helped too. I have diabetes and had gotten into blaming every weird body thing on that. Still don’t know what was causing this.

My daughter hugged me goodbye and I actually let her finish the hug 😂 Been doing this stupid quick hug and step back thing for months. Same with my wife. I shower, wear clean clothes, all of it.
