These terms apply when you shop at EVO or use our online store. Shopify supplies the platform. Your purchase is with D ANDRETI LABS LLC, not Shopify. Please read these terms together with our Shipping, Return and Refund, Privacy and Cancellation Policies.

2. Shopping with EVO

You must have legal capacity to purchase. Use your own accurate contact and payment information and keep account access secure. Do not interfere with the store, submit unlawful content or misuse another person’s identity or payment details.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Review the products, quantities, total price and delivery details before paying. Available currencies, taxes and payment methods are shown at checkout. A confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, an evident listing error occurs or an order cannot be accepted for a legitimate reason, we will contact you and refund any payment for items we cannot supply. We will not substitute products or increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement.

4. Product information and use

EVO makes personal care products designed with mature men in mind. Images illustrate appearance; screens and production batches may produce minor differences. Read the ingredient list and directions on each product before use. Products are for the uses indicated on their labels. Stop use if irritation occurs. Store information is not medical advice and cosmetic products are not offered as treatments for disease. Any express product guarantees remain subject to their stated terms and applicable law.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy explains preparation and estimated transit times. Our Return and Refund Policy explains the 60-day voluntary return window and how to request help. Email us promptly for an order change or cancellation. Once fulfillment has started, we may be unable to stop dispatch; this does not remove a statutory right to cancel or return.

6. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, the checkout must show the price, delivery frequency and recurring payment terms before you agree. The standard EVO subscription delivers monthly, with free delivery and the advertised subscriber benefits. You can change your selection, skip, pause or cancel future deliveries. Submit changes before the next order is processed. See our Cancellation Policy for instructions. Buying once does not enroll you in a subscription.

7. Our content and your submissions

EVO’s branding, photographs and other original store material may not be reused commercially without permission. You retain ownership of material you submit. If you submit a product review for publication, you permit us to display it with the name you supply and make reasonable formatting edits without changing its meaning. Do not submit private information about other people or material you lack permission to share.

8. Third parties and availability

Payment, delivery and other services may involve independent providers. External links have their own terms and privacy notices. We aim to keep our store working, but maintenance and outages can occur. This does not affect obligations for orders already accepted.

9. Responsibility and consumer protection

To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that result from unlawful misuse of the store. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory warranties, remedies for defective products, responsibility for fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Consumers retain all protections that apply where they live.

10. Disputes and updates

Please email us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms are governed by applicable United States and Texas law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules in your place of residence. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. New terms apply prospectively; the version in effect when you place an order governs that purchase unless a legal requirement provides otherwise.
