Cancellation Policy

Monthly subscriptions

When you select an EVO subscription, you authorize recurring payments at the price and frequency shown at checkout. Our standard plan ships every month. Payment details are handled securely by our payment providers. Each subscription order includes free delivery and the subscriber benefits advertised for your plan.

You stay in control

You may change your selection, skip a delivery, pause or cancel future renewals at any time before the next order is processed. Use the subscription management link in your confirmation emails, where available, or email evo-men.help@proton.me with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will confirm the change. Cancellation stops future subscription charges; it does not automatically refund an order already processed.

One-time orders

For a one-time order cancellation or address correction, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours. Orders can be cancelled before fulfillment. Once dispatched, follow our Return and Refund Policy. Buying a product once does not start a subscription.

Pre-orders and trial offers

If offered, a pre-order or try-before-you-buy offer will state its payment timing and cancellation terms before checkout. We will not enroll you in these offers without your choice. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
